Rhombus-SES is a full-service event agency based in Germany, specializing in electronic music experiences, DJ concepts, and large-scale event productions. With a strong presence in its home market and collaborations across Europe, the company set its sights on the Netherlands — a country known for its vibrant event culture and creative industry.

The case

Rhombus-SES approached Caractère with the ambition to enter the Dutch B2B event market strategically and sustainably. Their goal was clear: to build 1–3 long-term partnerships within six months and establish local visibility, credibility, and operational readiness for future expansion.

The challenge
